Shiranami Block Set Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

This Giveaway is sponsored by Shun Cutlery. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 8 :00 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter

Entrants may participate in one or both of the following ways:

A. Instagram Entry (1 Entry)

B. Email Entry (2 Entries)

Limit: One (1) Instagram entry per account and one (1) email entry per unique email address. No bots or fake accounts. Late entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive a Shiranami 6-Piece Block Set.

Total Prize Value: $1,781.00.

All prizes will be shipped directly to the winner by the respective brand. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The winner will be contacted via the email address or Instagram account associated with their entry.

The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to confirm prize acceptance and provide a valid shipping address. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity & Rights

By entering, the winner agrees that the Sponsors may use their social media handle (if applicable) or first name and last initial (for email entries) in promotional materials. While Sponsor may request a social media photo of the prize for marketing use, it is not a requirement for accepting the prize.

7. Privacy

Email entrants will be added to the mailing list of Shun Cutlery. Entrants' personal information will not be sold or shared beyond these three partners. Entry via email implies consent to receive marketing communications.

8. General Conditions

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram of all responsibility. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors, failed submissions, or lost entries.

9. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
