Customize your Sora collection with our 3-Piece Build-a-Block set. Start with the must-have Sora 8-in. Chef's Knife and the Shun Sora Combination Honing Steel needed for maintaining your edge. The additional slots are perfect for large and medium-sized knives—which you can add whenever convenient for you. The Slimline Bamboo Block is durable and bamboo is a renewable resource. You are sure to appreciate its easy-care performance, too. Since it doesn't shrink or swell like other hardwoods, bamboo is ideal for kitchen accessories.
